Annual Stocktake:
Due to annual stocktake no orders will be dispatched until week commencing 19th May. If the estimated delivery date displayed during the checkout process is before the 19th May, the actual "Delivered By" date will be the 20th May. This will effect the delivery dates of all immediate dispatch orders placed between 09/05/08 - 16/05/08.
Payments for orders will still be processed over this time.

In-store Collection Service Terminated:
We are no longer offering a "buy on-line collect in-store" service. All order placed online will be for home delivery only.
The collection store will be open for a further 2 weeks to allow collection of orders previously placed using this service. The collection store will close at 5pm on Friday 9th May. Please ensure if you have a current order ready for collection, that it is collected by Friday 9th May.

Easter Schedule For Home Delivery Orders:
Please note that due to the Bank holiday the warehouse will be closed from 5pm today until Tuesday 25th, Payments for order will still be processed over this time but no orders will be packed over the Bank holiday. This schedule will only affect the estimated delivery dates of EXPRESS DELIVERY orders. For these order with a estimated delivery date of within 3 days please allow a few extra days. We aim to have these EXPRESS DELIVERY orders delivered by Thursday 27th March. Our standard delivery on orders with estimated delivery dates of within 10 days will NOT be affected.

Easter Schedule For The Collection Store:
The collection store will be closed from 5pm today re-opening 9am on Tuesday 25th March, Customers are asked that if you have any pending orders that are ready for collection that they are collected before 5pm today, otherwise they will be available for collection from 9am on Tuesday 25th when the collection store re-opens.

Shipping/Courier changes:
The Little Pet Shop will now be dispatching all orders through Interlink Express. This review is to ensure our customers a competitive shipping rate and a high level of delivery service.
Interlink Express are a reputable courier company specialising in the home delivery sector. Interlink Express will deliver your order between 9am & 3pm on the day of delivery. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday.
Parcels sent through Interlink Express are insured against loss and damages in transit, all parcels are fully traceable from collection to delivery via their on-line tracking.
Interlink offer a re-delivery service should you be out when your order arrives and for our customers unavailable to sign for their order during the delivery hours of 9am - 3pm, the courier offers a "leave goods" service. Please see the couriers delivery card for further details on authorising your parcel to be left on re-delivery.

We are now unable to deliver your order in time for christmas, all orders placed today through to 3rd January 2008 will be dispatched from 4th January 2008. We estimate these orders will be delivered by Monday 7th January 2008.

Collection Store Christmas Opening Hours:
The Collection Store will be closed from 1pm Saturday 22nd December, re-opening 9am Wednesday 2nd January

Orders for home delivery.
Orders placed before 10am on Thursday 20th December will be delivered by the 24th December. If we think your order may exceed this date we will contact you in advance to ask if you want to proceed with your order.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday 20th December - 3rd January 2008 will be dispatched from the 4th January. We estimate these orders will be delivered by Monday 7th January.

Orders for instore collection.
Orders placed up to 10am on Thursday 20th December will be ready for collection by Friday 21st December. If we think your order may exceed this date we will contact you in advance to ask if you want to proceed with your order.
Please be aware that when your order is ready for collection, it will need to be collected by 1pm on Saturday 22nd December before the collection store closes for the Christmas shut down. All orders not collected by 1pm on the 22nd will be available for collection from 9am Wednesday 2nd January when the store re-opens.
Orders placed for instore collection after 10am on Thursday 20th December - 3rd January 2008 will be packed from the 3rd January. We estimate these orders will be ready for collection by Monday 7th January.

Normal service will resume for orders placed after 3rd January 2008

Local customers please note a change to our in store collection system. You will now receive a collection document to print out and present at the collection store.
This document will be at the bottom of the "your order is ready for collection" email that you are sent when the status of your order changes to "ready for collection".

Please ensure you bring this with you when collecting as we are now unable to release orders without this document.

LOST PLEASE HELP

Caddy has been missing since wed 12th September in the afternoon.

She also answers to cad cads, She is a slim build, neutered female. She is unusual looking with her appearance being tiger bronze, blonde and brown.

She was wearing a black diamanté collar with a black and chrome tag

Please could you check your sheds, outbuildings, greenhouse etc. She also like going into cars and vans so if you have had a delivery to your house around the missing date please let us know as she often eyes up the Tescos delivery van when they are unloading!

We now have our internet site to view instore. Customers are invited to use this service to buy their pet shopping online. Customers using the online shop instore will still receive the Buy Online Collect In Store 5% discount when choosing to come back and collect their order.
