  Please call 0844 561 6654 leaving your daytime contact telephone number, our sales staff will contact you back within 1 working day for your order. Please ensure you make a note of the product ID of the items you would like to order for our sales staff to process your order efficiently.
  
  Orders placed by phone are not eligible for our Loyalty scheme. When you place your order by phone you will be given a estimated delivery. We are unable to keep you informed of your order status during this time or inform you when your order has left The Little Pet Shop. Our order progress service including information on your delivery date and parcel tracking number is only available for orders placed on line.
