Measure Your Pet

Pet Clothing
Most pet clothing is measured by the animal's body length (sometimes called top-line) which is the length of your pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your pet has a stout build, a deep chest or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for a proper fit. PUPPY ANGEL has a standard size guide for all products. These are detailed in the chart at the bottom of the page.

Collars
Some manufacturers sizing works on the length of the collar and others on the size of the neck it will fit. To avoid confusion Puppy Angel go by the size of the neck the collar will fit. When measuring your pet please make sure you take the circumference of the neck where the collar will sit. PUPPY ANGEL has a standard size guide for all products. Hats, Caps, etc.
When you purchase a hat or cap you will need to measure the circumference of your animal's head to ensure the correct size. It is best to take this measurement 1/2" (12mm) above the dog's brow to the back of the head and around to the front again. PUPPY ANGEL has a standard size guide for all products.
