On-Line T’s & C’s

  • Payment will be taken at the time of ordering

  • If there is a supply problem with a product you have ordered eg; it exceeds the estimated delivery time or is discontinued we will contact you

  • Cancellations to orders must be emailed quoting order number, delivery name & address or by replying to your order confimation email.

  • All products purchased through our online shop are covered by our return policy

  • Please keep your receipt as this is your proof of purchase and you may need it for manufacture's guarantee

  • All prices are subject to change and without notice

  • Product descriptions may not be product specific as they are supplied by the manufacturer and sometimes cover a general product range.

  • Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Parcels sent via courier that are lost/damaged will be covered under that courier’s insurance and subject to their terms & conditions.

  • Any other issues are between you & the courier company

  • Parcels authorised to be left at unattended addresses are at the customers own risk

  • Collection of undelivered goods from the courier's depot is the customer’s responsibility

  • Goods once they leave our premises by courier are subject to the courier’s terms & conditions
